Contract
By using our online secure gateway you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions, which shall take effect immediately. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following Terms & Conditions, please do not continue with your online booking. In all cases the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all the other person(s) named in the booking and who partake in the booked tour(s) and purchasing our products.
Price and PaymentA non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot for the Venture/Day Trips. Full Payment for Ventures/Day Trips must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event date. Musicals, Theatre Shows or any bookings that require tickets to be purchased prior to the outing/venture/day trip, will require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your seats for the event and return travel. A date will be supplied where the remaining balance will need to be paid prior which is a month prior to the outing/venture/day trip listed. You acknowledge and agree by paying the non-refundable deposit that failure to pay the remaining balance on or before the date listed, that your seats & tickets will be terminated. Onsite/Online Classes, Workshops, Parties will incur a 50% non-refundable fee upon booking. Full Payment must be received 14 days prior to the Online Party to ensure all participants receive their activity for the party.
We accept payment through Paypal and also Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard) and Bank Transfer.
Subscription BoxesPlease note that they will require a direct debit set up or prepaid in full when you place your first order. The subscription boxes are valid for 3 months. The payment option will be set out in the 'payment options'.

Day TripsCancellations within 2 weeks (14 days) prior to departure or failure to board on the day of the trip will result in 100% full fare forfeiture.
Online PartiesCancellations 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event will result in 100% loss of the total price. Onsite or Online Workshops, Classes and Ventures.Cancellation 3 to 7 days prior to departure or attending onsite or online classes, workshops, and parties will result in a 90% loss of the total price. Date change fees apply inside & including of 7 days $50 per person.

Delivery
Delivery and AddressesWe will only deliver Products ordered through the Chantilley's Pty Ltd website to the location specified by you as entered on your order. If this is incorrect, or you change your delivery address after the order is processed, a re-delivery fee will apply at the customer's cost.If you are not home, the parcels will be stored at your local Post Office or Newsagent for collection. If you do not collect your parcel and it is returned to us, a return postage will be at your cost.
You may obtain further information on the our website about our delivery time frames and how we deliver certain Products. The Delivery Fee for your order depends on the type of Product you order (in particular, the size and weight of the Product or if you choose express).
You agree to comply with certain delivery requirements specified below and such other requirements that we notify you when you place your order through our website.
You are welcome to provide a 'safe to leave at...' message- this is at your own risk. We cannot cover for any theft or loss if this is chosen. 'Safe to leave' or 'Authority to Leave' is at the ultimate discretion of the Post Office - if they deem it unsafe, your parcel will not be left, but taken and held securely at your local Post Office for collection.
Australia Post Eparcel emails are sent as soon as your parcel leaves us. This includes all tracking information that you can easily access to watch your order travel to you. If your parcel is delayed please check your tracking and call AusPost on 131118
Australia Post: parcel will be sent receipted delivery needing a signature, otherwise a card will be left indicating collection at your local Post Office.
Courier: parcel will be sent with tracking, needing a signature, otherwise a card will be left requesting you call the designated number to organise re-delivery.
Risk and title to the Products passes to you on the date and time of delivery to the Delivery Address.
NOTE: You acknowledge and agree that any person at the Delivery Address who receives the Products is authorised by you to receive your order.

Express Post
Express Post can be added by paying the extra costs involved.
Express post has a maximum weight 20kg - if you order boxes weighing more, that needs to be broken down, $10 fee will be charged.
Dispute Resolution ProcessIf, for any reason you are unhappy with our products or service, you must address feedback or a written complaint to Chantilley's in order to commence the dispute resolution process.
Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
RefundAny items chosen incorrectly, may be returned with our authority, with a 10% restocking fee applied - any product damaged in transit will be deducted from your refund - refunds will be sent as coupons or vouchers to be used in your next online shopping basket.
Damages and BreakagesIf an item is not deemed damaged or incorrect, we have the right to leave the order as is or swap at your cost.We retain the right to refund the product and NOT replace. Alternatively, replacements may be added to future orders.
Limitation of Liability
Chantilley's will not be held legally responsible for faulty products and they will be passed on to the manufacturer.
